  • 1 - scoop Pineapple Mango IdealLean Pre-Workout
  • 0.5cup - unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Blend until thick & creamy.

  2. Enjoy plain or add desired topping such as fruit, granola, shredded coconut, etc.
