Lemon Ricotta Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 0.25cup - low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 0.5 - Scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 1tsp - unsweetened almond milk, or lemon juice
  • 0.5tsp - lemon zest
  • 1 - slice sourdough bread (120 calories)
  • 2 - basil leaves
  • 0.5tsp - honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the ricotta cheese, protein powder, almond milk or lemon juice, and zest in a bowl and stir until ingredients are incorporated. Set aside. Toast the bread and top with ricotta mixture. Garish with basil leaves and a drizzle on the honey. Enjoy!
