Lemon Cake Donuts
- 2 - egg whites
- 1tsp - vanilla extract
- 0.25cup - plain greek yogurt
- 2tbsp - Lemon juice
- 1tsp - lemon zest
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 0.66666666666667cup - almond flour
- 0.25cup - coconut sugar
- 0.5tsp - baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray donut pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
Whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, yogurt, lemon juice and zest in a bowl until smooth.
Add in remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
Evenly spoon donut batter into donut pan and bake for 7-9 minutes. Makes 8 donuts. Serving size 1 donut.
