Lemon Cake Donuts


  • 2 - egg whites
  • 1tsp - vanilla extract
  • 0.25cup - plain greek yogurt
  • 2tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1tsp - lemon zest
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.66666666666667cup - almond flour
  • 0.25cup - coconut sugar
  • 0.5tsp - baking powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray donut pan with nonstick spray and set aside.

  2. Whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, yogurt, lemon juice and zest in a bowl until smooth.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Evenly spoon donut batter into donut pan and bake for 7-9 minutes. Makes 8 donuts. Serving size 1 donut.
