Hey, it’s Kaytlin, and I’ve got an awesome little ab workout that will set your core on fire! This 12-second video will walk you through the two movements you’ll combine for this intense ab burner. So, grab a mat and a weighted plate that is heavy enough to challenge you and get started!
Here’s what to do for this ab circuit. Keep in mind each set will combine both exercises, and then you’ll rest for a little bit and then start again!
- Do 20 reps of both exercises and rest for 20 seconds.
- Do 20 reps of both exercises then rest for 20 seconds.
- Do 15 reps of both exercises then rest for 15 seconds.
- Do 10 reps of both exercises then rest for 10 seconds.
- Finish with 5 reps of both exercises.

For the first movement, you’ll be performing an ab crunch by pulling the weight towards your abs (and over your knees).
To do the second exercise, you’ll do leg lifts while holding the weight behind your head. Make sure you’re not resting the weight on the floor behind your head!
