Iced Tea Spritzer

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Iced Tea Clear Whey
2 cups sparkling water
1/2 lemon sliced
5 mint leaves
2 tbs lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix sparkling water with clear whey and allow it to dissolve for 2 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients and enjoy!

Iced Tea Fruit Pops

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Iced Tea Clear Whey
10 mint leaves
10 oz water
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup strawberries (sliced)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix together water and Iced Tea Clear Whey, Allow it to dissolve for 2 minutes. Mix mint leaves in. Pour into popsicle molds and place fruit into molds. Allow it to freeze for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!

Iced Tea Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Iced Tea Clear Whey
10 oz water
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
1 tbs lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix together water and 1 scoop of Iced Tea Clear Whey. Allow mixture to freeze in ice tray for 3-4 hours.
  2. Blend bananas, blueberries, strawberries, lemon juice, and clear whey icecubes. Pour into 2 bowls and enjoy!
