Almond Poppy Seed Protein Waffles

Ingredients
1/4 c ground oats
1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. almond butter
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 tsp. coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. poppy seeds

Instructions
1. Mix ground oats, French Vanilla IdealLean Protein, and baking powder. Melt almond butter in microwave or over stovetop until smooth.
2. Add to flour mixture along with almond milk, almond extract, coconut oil, and poppy seeds and mix until combined.
3. Pour batter into heated waffle iron. Remove when done and add desired toppings such as fruit, sugar-free syrup, etc. Enjoy!

Serves 1. Serving size: 1 waffle.

2 tbsp. almond flour
1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 tbsp. fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. coconut oil, melted
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. low-fat whip cream
1 fresh strawberry, sliced

Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe mug or dish, mix almond flour, French Vanilla IdealLean Protein, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add egg, condensed milk, coconut oil, and almond milk and mix until thoroughly combined.
2. Microwave for 60-90 seconds and top with low fat whipped cream and sliced strawberries and enjoy!

2 tbsp. sugar-free maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c vanilla greek yogurt
1 c unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients together until combined. Divide evenly into 2 mason jars or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. Enjoy!

Serves 2. Serving size: 1 mason jar/bowl.

2 tbsp. sliced almonds
2 rice cakes

Instructions
1. Mix protein, cinnamon, cream cheese, and almond milk until smooth. Spread mixture onto 2 rice cakes. Sprinkle almonds and drizzle honey on top and enjoy!

Serves 1. Serving size: 2 rice cakes.

1 container single Chobani Key Lime Greek Yogurt
1 c oats
2 whole low-fat graham crackers, crushed
2 scoops French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 c unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until combined. Divide evenly into 4 small mason jars or bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. Enjoy!

Serves 4. Serving size: 1 mason jar.

2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
2/3 c almond flour
1/4 c coconut sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray donut pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
2. Whisk together egg whites, vanilla extract, yogurt, lemon juice and zest in a bowl until smooth.
3. Add in remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Evenly spoon donut batter into donut pan and bake for 7-9 minutes.

Makes 8 donuts. Serving size: 1 donut.

Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients
2 c nonfat plain greek yogurt
1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1/2 tsp. mint extract
1 tbsp. honey
2-4 drops green food coloring (optional)
1/4 cc mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
10 1/2 sheets chocolate graham crackers

Instructions
1. Whisk together Greek yogurt, French Vanilla IdealLean Protein, mint extract, honey, and green food coloring (if desired). Fold in mini chocolate chips.
2. Fill a 9×9 baking pan with wax paper and lay down halves of graham crackers covering the entire pan. Spread Greek yogurt mixture evenly on top and cover with graham crackers.
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid. Cut ice cream sandwiches and enjoy!

Makes 10 1/2 sandwiches.

Vanilla Bran Protein Muffins

1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1/2 c light brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c bran cereal
1 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1 large egg
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix oat flour, whole wheat flour, French Vanilla IdealLean Protein powder, light brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and set aside.
3. Combine all-bran cereal and almond milk and let stand for about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and applesauce to softened cereal and beat well.
4. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir until just combined.
5. Pour batter evenly into 12 muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!

3 bananas

2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Blend together bananas, French Vanilla IdealLean Protein, and coconut milk until smooth. Sprinkle in Dark Chocolate Chips. Freeze until solid. Scoop out and enjoy!

1 c dates
1 c old fashioned oats
1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/3 c honey
1/4 c shelled pistachios
1/4 c unsweetened dried cranberries

Instructions
1. Soak dates in warm water for about 10 minutes, or until soft. Drain and add to blender or food processor and blend into small pieces(mixture should be sticky).
2. Mix blended dates, oats, French Vanilla IdealLean Protein, ground flaxseed, and honey. Fold in pistachios and cranberries.
3. Roll into 12 even balls and store in refrigerator. Enjoy!

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix oats, protein, coconut flakes, coconut sugar, and baking powder.
2. Add almond milk, and coconut extract and mix until combined.
3. Fold in berries and pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!

Ingredients
1/2 c natural peanut butter
1/4 c honey
2/3 c oats
2 scoops French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1 c strawberries, sliced
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. agave nectar

Instructions
1. Blend strawberries, chia seeds, water, agave nectar, and 1 scoop protein. Refrigerate for about a half an hour or longer, until chia seeds expand.
2. Mix peanut butter, honey, oats, and remaining scoop of protein until combined.
3. Press down into the bottom of a loaf pan. Top with chia seed jam and freeze for about 30 minutes to harden.
4. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy! Store in freezer.
