Hey girls, Lindsey here. I am so excited about our new IdealLean Protein Bars. I’m so serious when I say I have been counting down the days until these launched. Not only do they taste amazingly good, but you can also eat them totally guilt-free as a protein snack!

I’ll say this too, I’m pretty picky when it comes to protein bars. They need to have a good consistency and texture, flavor, and health benefits, and IdealLean Protein Bars tick off every box for me!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

8 medium strawberries
2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips
1/2 of a Chocolate Chunk IdealLean Protein Bar
1/2 of a full chocolate graham cracker

1. In a blender or food processor, blend 1/2 Chocolate Chunk Protein Bar and chocolate graham cracker. Pour out onto wax paper.
2. Melt chocolate chips and dip strawberries into chocolate, then roll in graham cracker mixture to coat.
3. Repeat until all strawberries are coated. Let chocolate set and enjoy!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes 8 strawberries. Serving size: 4 strawberries

Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream Sandwiches

1 Chocolate Chunk IdealLean Protein Bar
1/4 c Vanilla Halo Top Ice Cream

1. Using a rolling pin, roll out Chocolate Chunk bar until flat. Cut in half.
2. Sandwich 1/4 cup of Vanilla Halo Top Ice Cream between two sides and enjoy!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves 1. Serving size: 1 ice cream sandwich

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

2 Chocolate Chunk IdealLean Protein Bars
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
1/4 c dark chocolate chips

1. In a blender or food processor, blend Chocolate Chunk bars until ground. Push down ground bars into bottom of 6 muffin tins.
2. Add 1 tsp. peanut butter to each cup. Melt dark chocolate chips and pour on top of each cup.
3. Freeze about 30 minutes or until solid. Enjoy!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Freezer time: 30 minutes
Serves 6. Serving size: 1 cup

Cookies ‘N Cream Truffles

1/4 c dark chocolate chips
1 reduced fat chocolate sandwich cookie, crushed

1. In a blender or food processor, blend Cookies ‘N Cream Protein Bars until ground. Roll into 8 even balls.
2. Melt dark chocolate chips and dip balls to coat truffles. Sprinkle crushed cookie on top and freeze until chocolate sets.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes 8 truffles. Serving size: 2 truffles.

Cookies ‘N Cream Dip

1/2 c plain nonfat greek yogurt
2 tbsp. greek yogurt cream cheese
1 tsp. agave nectar

1. In a blender or food processor, blend Cookies ‘N Cream Protein Bar until ground. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Enjoy with your favorite fruits!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves 2. Serving size: about 1/4 cup.
