Ingredients

  • 1.5 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt cream cheese
  • 0.5 c non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with chilies, drained
  • 0.5 tsp. chili powder
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

Method

  1. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients over medium heat until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
