Ingredients
2 c black seedless grapes
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c lite canned coconut milk
1 scoop Grape Explosion IdealLean BCAAs

Instructions
Blend all ingredients and pour into pan.
Freeze until solid then blend until soft. If mixture is too runny, put back in freezer for about 15 minutes, or until sherbet is the right consistency.
Scoop into cones or bowls and enjoy!

2-4 drops of red & blue food coloring (optional)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk for 3-5 minutes until all powders have dissolved.
Pour into gummy bear mold (or ice cube tray) and refrigerate for 10 or so minutes, or until set.

1/4 c water
2 tbsp. instant pectin

Instructions
Over medium heat, bring grapes and water to a boil, then turn down to a low simmer and simmer for 20 minutes or until grapes have softened.
Blend grapes, pectin, and IdealLean Grape Explosion BCAAs until smooth.
Pour into container and refrigerate for at least an half hour to set, then enjoy!

Makes about ¾ cup of jam. Serving size: 1 tablespoon.

1 c red seedless grapes

2 skewers

Instructions
Rinse grapes.
While grapes are still damp (but not dripping), insert grapes onto 2 skewers (about ½ cup per skewer).
Sprinkle IdealLean Grape Explosion BCAAs onto grapes and flip skewers and repeat until all sides of the grapes have been coated.
Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!

Frosting:
1 c sugar free cool whip

Red & blue food coloring(optional)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Mix banana, peanut butter, applesauce, and egg until smooth.
Add protein, oat flour, brown sugar, and baking powder and mix until combined.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
For Frosting:
Mix cool whip, IdealLean Grape Explosion and food coloring if desired. Frost cupcakes and enjoy!
