Healthy high protein gingerbread cookies

Gingerbread Cookies


  • 0.5c - almond butter
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 2tbsp. - maple syrup
  • 1tbsp. - molasses
  • 0.25tsp. - ground cinnamon
  • 0.5tsp. - ground ginger
  • 1dash - ground nutmeg


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all the ingredients and drop in heaping tablespoons onto a cookie sheet lined with baking parchment or Silpat.

  3. Bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Let the cookies completely cool before removing them onto a plate or tin.
