Fat can be pretty dang stubborn. It likes to just hang around, and sometimes clings on for dear life. It’s like the cat that decides that it needs to lay on you or your laptop while you are using it, making it nearly impossible to get anything done. Then when you try to move the cat, he/she decides to attack you, cause you know… cats.
Yeah, I did just compare fat to a cat (hey that rhymes), but the point I am trying to make is that losing excess fat can be really difficult, even when you are putting in a lot of work.
The reality is, that getting that dream bod takes time. It isn’t going to just happen overnight. You are going to have to put in real work to see results. That means clean eating and exercising often. But, there are some things you can do and products you can take to help speed up our fat loss efforts- one of those, my friends, being taking a fat burner.
Hello Fat Burner
Fat burners work in a number of ways. They help to increase your metabolic rate, boost your energy levels, and improve your mood.
Increasing your metabolic rate actually makes your temperature rise, which results in greater efficiency breaking down fuel, which then increases your heart rate. This can help you to sweat more and increases your body’s ability to burn fat.
There are so many days where I feel like I literally can’t even. Lacking energy is a problem, and it makes it a lot harder for you to get my daily tasks done and crush your workout. More energy means better and longer workouts so that you can crush your fitness goals and win at life #winning.
Make the Most Out Of Your Fat Burning Efforts
So you can’t rely on fat burners alone to burn all of the fat, right? Right. You need to eat healthy and work out regularly if you want to see real results. Pills aren’t magic, sure they are wonderful, and jam packed with greatness, but you need to do all you can. That’s when a fat burner will help your body burn the maximum amount of fat and give you the energy you need to pursue your fitness goals.
When used improperly, fat burners won’t be as effective. Here are some tips to follow to make the most out of your fat loss efforts.
1. Focus on Clean Eating
To reach your fat loss goals you have to be eating at a calorie deficit. This means that you want to burn more calories than you eat. So if you are eating 1800 calories a day, you would want to burn more than that.
But if you decide to go out and eat the Tour of Italy Sampler at Olive Garden, you have already used up 1500 calories a day. While it’s totally okay to go out and eat once and awhile, where you get your calories from does matter.
Choosing healthier options, eating your greens, and choosing good sources of proteins, carbs, and fats will make all the difference when it comes to your weight loss goals. Counting your macros is also SO helpful.
Okay, if you are eating at a calorie deficit, you are going to have to put in some real work. I love focusing on weight training and high intensity interval training (cardio) to burn fat and build lean muscle. My 15 Day Fight the Fat Challenge may be the push you need to turn your fitness and healthy eating into a lifestyle.
3. Keep Your Hopes and Goals Realistic
Sometimes we want a magic fix. We don’t want to put in work, but we want to see results. Here is the thing, work is always required.
Sure a fat burner will help burn fat, but it won’t cause you to lose 10 pounds in a week. You can’t get frustrated if after a week of taking a fat burner you haven’t seen amazing results. All good things take time.
Set realistic goals, figure out what you are going to do to reach those, and put in the work. If you aren’t seeing the results you want, it may be time to try something new. Try different kinds of workouts (switching up your workout is always a good idea, btw), and figure out the best things for you to eat (counting macros, anyone?!).
4. Know Your Limits
You guys, more is not always better. I think that in our culture we think that if we have more we will be happier, and get where we want to be. But, having more won’t always make us happier (this is another lesson for another time).
But likewise, taking more fat burner (cause we just wanna burn all da fat) also isn’t better. You should always be following the dosage that is written on the label.
When you first start taking fat burner you should begin with the lowest dose, then when you have tested your tolerance you can increase to the higher dose (just don’t go above that).
What’s In IdealLean Fat Burner?
So now that you know what a fat burner is, and how to make the most out of your fat burner, let’s look at ingredients you want to see in your fat burner and what they actually do.
CLA helps you to reach your fat loss goals by improving the metabolism of fats and increasing lean muscle mass to promote a healthy body composition.
This helps you to increase fat burn, boost recovery, and reduce muscle soreness. Carnitine helps transport fat into mitochondria, which helps to burn fat, according to this study.
Green tea contains catechins which help boost your metabolism and work to inhibit the breakdown of norepinephrine, increasing the breakdown of fat cells. When you combine green tea with exercise the results are even better, showing that hard work and dedication pay off.
Chlorogenic acid is found in the green coffee bean and is believed to be involved with weight loss. Green coffee bean also increases fat burn, making it highly effective in a fat burner.
