English Muffin


  • 1tbsp - white whole wheat flour
  • 2tbsp - Multi Purpose IdealLean Protein
  • 0.5tsp - baking powder
  • - pinch of salt
  • 1 - medium egg
  • 1tbsp - unsweetened almond milk


  1. Spray a small microwave-safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, combine the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Stir in the egg and almond milk until combined. Pour into prepared bowl.

  4. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until firm and cooked through.

  5. Let cool, removed from bowl with knife and cut in half.

  6. Toast and top with butter or peanut butter.
