Coconut Eggnog
Ingredients
- 2 c unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except protein powder until smooth. Pour mixture into pot and heat on low and let simmer (do not boil) about 15 minutes. Let cool completely and whisk in IdealLean French Vanilla Protein Powder. Chill for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
Chai Eggnog Latte
Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c soy eggnog (Silk brand)
- 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
Chai Spice
- 3 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon.
- 1 tsp ground cloves.
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg.
- 1 tsp ground cardamom.
- 1/4- 1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Heat together the water and eggnog over the stove in a small pot until it reaches your desired temperature. Remove the pot from the heat and quickly whisk in the protein powder and desired amount of chai spice well mixed. Enjoy!!
Blackberry Eggnog
Ingredients
- 3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 c Silk eggnog
- 1/2 c frozen blackberries
- 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- Dash of nutmeg
Instructions
- Add ice and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Mint Eggnog Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 1/2 c soy eggnog (Silk brand)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Mint IdealLean Protein
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
