Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowls

If you haven’t tried dragonfruit, now is the time! This fruit contains prebiotic fiber that helps improve your gut health and digestion. Plus, they’re packed with vitamins and contain less sugar than other fruits. That’s why this tasty tropical flavor is the perfect addition to any smoothie bowl.

Smoothie bowls are a quick and easy way to get a nutritious breakfast. We came up with some great options that are easy to make and will help you recover from your workouts.

1. Dragonfruit Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 c frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Tropical Dragonfruit IdealLean BCAAs
1 c unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Add ice, blend & enjoy!

2. Strawberry Dragonfruit Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 banana
1 scoop Tropical Dragonfruit IdealLean BCAAs
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Add ice and blend until thick. Top with your favorite fruit, chia seeds, coconut, etc.
  2. Not including toppings, Calories: 125, Protein: 2g, Carbs: 24g, Fat: 2g

3. Berry Berry Dragonfruit Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
1 scoop Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1 scoop Tropical Dragonfruit IdealLean BCAAs
1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1/3 banana
1 tsp coconut extract
1/2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Add ice and blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!

4. Green Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1 scoop Tropical Dragonfruit IdealLean BCAAs
1/2 c frozen pineapple
1 c spinach
1/4 c low-fat cottage cheese

Toppings

1/8 c brazil nuts, chopped
1/4 c pineapple, diced
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut

 Instructions

  1. Add ice and blend all ingredients except toppings. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with chopped brazil nuts, pineapple, and coconut. Enjoy!

5. Blueberry Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 c unsweetened cashew milk
1 frozen banana
1/3 c frozen blueberries
1/3 c frozen blackberries
1 scoop Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1 scoop Tropical Dragonfruit IdealLean BCAAs
2 dates, pitted
2 tbsp. unsalted cashew halves
2 tbsp. fresh blueberries
2 tbsp. fresh

Instructions

  1. Blend cashew milk, banana, frozen berries, protein, BCCAs, and dates until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with cashews and fresh berries. Enjoy!

6. Superfood Dragonfruit Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1 scoop Tropical Dragon fruit IdealLean BCAAs
1 frozen whole banana
1/2 c spinach
1/2 c kale

Instructions

  1. Add ice and blend all ingredients together until smooth. Top with your favorite superfood toppings. We used blueberries, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and granola with almonds.
