INGREDIENTS

1/2 c oat flour
2 scoops Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel IdealLean Protein
1/4 c agave nectar
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Frosting *optional*

4 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs sugar-free caramel syrup
2 cups powdered erythritol
2 tbs almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 320 degrees F.
2. Mix together all ingredients until combined, and pour batter into donut pan. Be careful to not fill too full. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
3. Mix all frosting ingredients until combined and spread on top of donuts & enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Caramel Low-Calorie Ice Cream
1/2 of a medium banana
2 tbsp. crushed peanuts
1 scoop Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel IdealLean Protein
1 c unsweetened almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add ice and blend. If desired top with fat-free whip cream and enjoy!

3. Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Truffles

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup peanut butter
2 scoops Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Ideallean Protein
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbs sugar-free caramel
60g dark chocolate chips
10g coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
  2. Mix together peanut butter, protein, coconut flour, sugar-free caramel, until combined.
  3. Roll into balls and place them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt together dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Roll each ball in the mixture and place on wax paper. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!

4. Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

3 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel IdealLean Protein
1/3 cup oat flour
1/3 cup almond flour
2 tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/4 cup erythritol
1 tsp baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Fill 8 cupcake tins with liners and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together egg whites, almond milk, applesauce, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until completely smooth.
  4. Add Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel IdealLean protein, oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder to a separate mixing bowl.
  5. Add to wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fill cupcake tins and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
