Dark Chocolate Raspberry Almond Muffins

Some healthy high protein dark chocolate muffins

Makes 28 mini muffins. Serving size: 2 mini muffins.


  • 0.5 c white whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop IdealLean Chocolate Brownie Protein
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 0.33 c coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 0.5 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 c almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 c mini chocolate chips
  • 0.5 c fresh raspberries, crushed


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Mix flour, IdealLean Protein powder, salt, and baking powder until combined. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, egg, coconut sugar, almond butter, and coconut oil. Combine with flour mixture until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed raspberries. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
