Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Mix flour, IdealLean Protein powder, salt, and baking powder until combined. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, egg, coconut sugar, almond butter, and coconut oil. Combine with flour mixture until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed raspberries. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
