Dark Chocolate Mint Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1cup - old fashioned oats
  • 1 - scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
  • 1tbsp - dark cocoa powder
  • 0.33333333333333cup - natural peanut butter
  • 0.25cup - honey
  • 0.5tsp - peppermint extract
  • 0.25cup - mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix oats, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, and cocoa powder.

  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and peppermint extract.

  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and roll into 9 even balls. Store in refrigerator.
