Dark Chocolate Mint Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein
  • 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 0.33333333333333 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.5 tsp peppermint extract
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips

Method

  1. Mix oats, Mint Chocolate IdealLean Protein, and cocoa powder.

  2. Add peanut butter, honey, and peppermint extract.

  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips and roll into 9 even balls. Store in refrigerator.
