  • 1 - scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein
  • 1tsp - dark cocoa powder
  • 3tbsp - chia seeds


  1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours and enjoy!
