Creamy Egg Pesto Toast
- 1 - large egg
- 1tbsp - pesto sauce
- 0.25 - avocado
- 1 - slice Ezekiel bread, toasted
Mash avocado and mix with pesto until combined.
Spread mixture onto toasted Ezekiel bread.
Cook egg in desired way (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc.) and place onto toast.
Season with salt, pepper, and rosemary to taste. Enjoy!
