We are so excited to introduce our Ideallean Collagen Protein! Seriously, this protein tastes fantastic, and it has a ton of benefits. If you don’t know, collagen can do wonders for your hair, skin, and nails. Plus it’s a great way to help support your joints and refuel your workouts.
We came out with three new flavors: Blackberry, Chocolate, & Unflavored Ideallean Collagen. All of them are great in recipes! Our Blackberry is perfect for delicious berry recipes, our unflavored is great to add to just about anything, and our chocolate gives an added oomph to any chocolate dessert! 1.Blackberry Banana Nice Cream
INGREDIENTS
2 Frozen bananas
1 scoop Blackberry Ideallean Collagen Protein
1 tsp Vanilla
2-4 tbs Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen Blackberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients together and freeze for 2-4 hours. Enjoy!
2.Blackberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Blackberry Ideallean Collagen Protein
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
2-3 tbs almond milk
Instructions
- Blend everything together and enjoy!
3.Banana Protein Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Unflavored Ideallean Collagen Protein
1 cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
¼ light sour cream or greek yogurt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 bananas mashed
2 eggs
For frosting:
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered erythritol or powdered sweetener of choice
2-4 tbs almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine Coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl mix together peanut butter and erythritol.
- Add in the light sour cream, vanilla extract, and beat eggs in one at a time. Then add mashed bananas.
- Fill in 16 cupcake tins with the mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- For the frosting, mix all ingredients together until fluffy. Lightly frost each cupcake after they have cooled. Enjoy!

4. Pumpkin Protein Cake
INGREDIENTS
½ cup melted coconut butter
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup pumpkin puree
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup Unflavored Ideallean Collagen Protein
1/3 cup erythritol
1 tsp cinnamon
Frosting:
2 tbs light cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
3-4 tbs almond milk
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together baking powder, coconut flour, cinnamon, and Unflavored Ideallean Collagen Protein.
- In a separate bowl mix the melted coconut butter and erythritol. Add eggs one at a time then add the pumpkin puree and vanilla.
- Add the dry mixture slowly, stirring constantly.
- Line the bottom of a 5-inch round cake tin with parchment paper and spray the tin cooking spray.
- Smooth the top and bake the cake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- For the frosting whip all ingredients together, add more almond milk if the mixture is too thick.
- Let the cake cool for 5 minutes, then top with the frosting. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nuts(optional) & Enjoy!

5. Dark Chocolate Protein Cookies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Peanut Butter
½ cup erythritol
1/4 cup Chocolate Ideallean Collagen Protein
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tbs dark chocolate cocoa powder
2 large eggs
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the dry ingredients together, except for the erythritol.
- Whip the peanut butter and erythritol together. Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Slowly add in dry ingredients
- Form into 15 balls and flatten onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place Dark Chocolate chips on top of the cookies.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. ENJOY!

Chocolate Protein Truffles
INGREDIENTS
1 Tbs dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/4 cup Chocolate Ideallean Collagen Protein
1/4 cup coconut cream
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup erythritol
Toppings: *optional*
Coconut flakes
Nuts
Cinnamon powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix dry ingredients together, then mix wet ingredients.
- Slowly add the dry mix into the wet ingredients.
- Form into 15 balls, top with desired toppings, ENJOY!

Chocolate Banana Nicecream
INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate Ideallean Collagen Protein
