Coconut Mango Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1 - small container vanilla coconut Light 'n Fit Greek yogurt
  • 0.5cup - frozen mangos, slightly thawed
  • 0.5 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 1tbsp - unsweetened almond milk
  • 2tbsp - granola
  • 1tbsp - unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Scoop the yogurt into a small glass and set aside.

  2. Blend together the mangos, protein powder, and almond milk until smooth.

  3. Pour over yogurt and top with coconut flakes and granola. Enjoy!
