Coconut Mango Yogurt Parfait
- 1 - small container vanilla coconut Light 'n Fit Greek yogurt
- 0.5cup - frozen mangos, slightly thawed
- 0.5 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 1tbsp - unsweetened almond milk
- 2tbsp - granola
- 1tbsp - unsweetened coconut flakes
Scoop the yogurt into a small glass and set aside.
Blend together the mangos, protein powder, and almond milk until smooth.
Pour over yogurt and top with coconut flakes and granola. Enjoy!
