We are so excited about our NEW Clear Whey Protein! This protein is a seriously delicious way to stay on track. It’s great with water and it’s also pretty tasty in recipes. If you don’t believe us we came up with 7 recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth and help you stick to your macro goals.

Protein Lemon Bars

INGREDIENTS

Crust:
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup

Filling:
2 scoops Ideallean Clear Whey Lemonade
3 large eggs
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup agave
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons white whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoons vanilla

*Optional*
Top with powdered erythritol

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine flour, coconut oil, and agave. Knead until fully combined. Flatten into baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Combine Clear Whey Ideallean Protein, Eggs, Greek yogurt, agave, lemon juice, flour, vanilla and salt.  
  4. Pour on top of crust. 
  5. Place in oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Take the bars out and let them cool. Then cut into squares top with powdered erythritol and enjoy!

Makes 12 bars. Calories: 163. Net Carbs: 12 g. Fat: 7g. Protein: 10g.

Mini Lemon Cherry Pie

INGREDIENTS

Crust:
3 tbsp honey
1/4 coconut oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
up to a half cup of water
Filling:
1 cup halved and pitted cherries
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch
2 scoops Ideallean Lemonade Clear Whey Protein

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Knead together ingredients for the dough, add water until the dough is soft and pliable. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface or on parchment paper. It should be about an ⅛ of an inch thick.  Cut into 6 circles. Spray cupcake tin with cooking spray and line the pie crust into a cupcake tin. The crust should only come up to about halfway within the cupcake tin.
2. Mix together cornstarch, water, and Lemonade Clear Whey Protein. Pour into pie crusts and bake at 350 degrees for 20-35 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Cranberry Dragonfruit Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Diet Cranberry Juice
1 cup sparkling water
1 scoop Dragonfruit Ideallean Clear Whey

Top with:
Fresh Cranberries
Fresh Dragonfruit

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients, top with fresh cranberries and dragonfruit and enjoy!

Serves 1. Calories: 85. Net Carbs 2. Fat 0g. Protein: 20g.

Sunrise Slushy Mocktail

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Lemonade Clear Whey Ideallean Protein
2 cups sparkling citrus-flavored water
1/2 of a Mango
1 cup Diet Cranberry Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend Clear Whey, Sparkling Water, and Mango. Pour mixture into ice trays and let it freeze for 3-4 hours. Take it out and blend the mixture again.
  2. Put half of the mixture into a cup, then pour Diet Cranberry. Put the rest of the mixture into the cup and enjoy!

Calories: 75. Net carbs: 9g. Fat:0. Protein: 10g.

Lemonade Protein Gummies

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup water
3 packets of unflavored gelatin
1/4-1/2 scoop Lemonade Ideallean Clear Whey Protein

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan over medium heat until well combined.
2. Use a dropper to pour into gummie molds or ice tray.
3. Cool in the fridge for 10 min. Enjoy!

Strawberry Dragonfruit Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup strawberries
1 cup greek yogurt
1 scoop Dragonfruit Ideallean Clear Whey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Then pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!

Calories: 84. Net Carbs: 8g. Fat: 3g. Protein 6g.

Cranberry Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup frozen cranberries
1/4 cup fresh Dragonfruit
1/4 cup strawberries
1 scoop Dragonfruit Ideallean Clear Whey

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a bowl and add toppings of choice. Enjoy!

Calories: 285. Net carbs: 31g. Fat: 6g. Protein: 20g.
