Chocolate Strawberry Nachos

Ingredients

  • 0.25c - non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 - scoop Strawberries 'N Cream IdealLean
  • 15 - mini chocolate rice cakes (Quaker)
  • 2 - strawberries, diced
  • 1tsp. - mini chocolate chips
  • - Optional: sugar-free chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Stir together the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth. Lay out your mini rice cakes on a plate and drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture all over the rice cakes. Top with diced strawberries and chocolate chips. Enjoy!!
