Chocolate Strawberry Cream Pie
- 1cup - plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 - scoop Strawberries 'N Cream IdealLean Protein
- 2cup - frozen strawberries, thawed
- 0.25cup - honey
- - Chocolate Crust
- 8 - full sheets of chocolate graham crackers
- 2tbsp - coconut oil
Prepare the crust by pulsing graham crackers in a food processor until crumbly. Add in coconut oil and pulse until crust forms. Press into an 8-inch pie dish. Put it in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the recipe.
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with Strawberry IdealLean Protein until smooth. Set aside.
Blend strawberries and honey until smooth.
Stir strawberry mixture into the yogurt mixture. Once it is all incorporated, pour into pie crust.
Freeze for at least 2 hours. Slice into 8 slices when cold.
Optional: Top with sugar-free Cool-Whip, strawberries, and sugar-free chocolate syrup if you want!
