Chocolate Peanut Butter Muffins

  • 0.5 c white whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 0.25 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.33 c coconut sugar
  • 0.5 c peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 0.25 c mini chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

  2. Mix flour, IdealLean French Vanilla Protein powder, salt, and baking powder until combined. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, egg, coconut sugar, peanut butter, and coconut oil. Combine with flour mixture until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
