Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola Cups

  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
  • 0.25 c honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c oats
  • 0.125 c ground flax
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Brownie IdealLean Protein
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • Filling:
  • 8 tsp. natural peanut butter, divided
  • 0.33 c dark chocolate chips, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a muffin pan with 8 muffin cups, set aside.

  3. Melt the coconut oil, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in the microwave.

  4. In another bowl, mix the oats, flax, protein, salt, and cocoa.

  5. Add the melted mixture to the oat mixture and stir until combined.

  6. Evenly divide the granola mixture between the muffin cups.

  7. Lightly press the mixture up the sides to make a cup shape.

  8. Bake for 10 minutes.

  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before you add the filling. Once they are cooled, fill each cup with 1 tsp. natural peanut butter.

  10. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, and top each cup with 1 tbsp. of melted chocolate.

  11. Allow cups to cool in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
