Chocolate Dipped Acai Pops

Ingredients

  • 0.33333333333333cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 - frozen acai packet
  • 0.33333333333333 - banana
  • 0.5cup - mixed berries
  • 0.5cup - dark chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine everything into a high powered blender except for the chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours. Once they are frozen, gently remove them from the popsicle mold. Drizzle or dip the tips of the popsicles into the melted chocolate. Place the dipped popsicles on a plate lined with parchment paper and re-freeze for a couple minutes or until chocolate has hardened. Enjoy!
