Chocolate Coconutty Spread

Ingredients
1/4 c almond butter
1/2 scoop Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein

Instructions
1. Melt almond butter in microwave for about 30 seconds.
2. Mix in scoop of Chocolate Coconut IdealLean.
3. Spread onto toast, rice cake, fruit etc. Enjoy!

Makes 4 servings. Serving size: 1 tbsp.

Chocolate Coconut Nicecream

Ingredients
2 medium bananas, frozen
2 scoops Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein

Instructions
1. Blend ingredients together, then scoop. (If mixture is not thick enough to scoop, you may need to place in freezer for 15 minutes or so). Enjoy!

1 1/2 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c unsweetened shredded coconut
2 scoops Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
3/4 c unsweetened almond milk
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c dark chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients together and press down into a 9×9 baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
3. Let cool, cut into 9 bars, & enjoy!

Makes 9 servings. Serving size: 1 bar.

Chocolate Coconut Bark

1 c dark chocolate chips
2 scoops Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes
2 tbsp. chopped almonds

Instructions
1. Melt dark chocolate chips, then mix in Chocolate Coconut IdealLean until combined.
2. Spread chocolate mixture onto wax paper, in a thin layer.
3. Sprinkle coconut flakes and chopped almonds and let chocolate harden.
4. Drop wax paper onto counter to break into random pieces, or cut into 12 equal pieces. Enjoy!

Chocolate Coconut Pumpkin Bread

1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c almond flour
1 scoop Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/4 c agave nectar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c canned pumpkin
1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix oat flour, almond flour, Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix applesauce, egg, agave nectar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin until combined.
4. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray, and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
5. Let cool and cut into 8 slices. Enjoy!

3 egg whites
1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 scoop Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
1/3 c oat flour
1/3 c almond flour
2 tbsp. unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
1/4 c coconut sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Frosting:
1/2 c sugar free cool whip
1/4 c unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
2. Fill 8 cupcake tins with liners and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Whisk together egg whites, almond milk, applesauce, vanilla, and coconut extracts in a mixing bowl until completely smooth.
4. Add Chocolate Coconut IdealLean protein, oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder to a separate mixing bowl.
5. Add to wet mixture and stir until just combined. Fill cupcake tins and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Let cool and frost each cupcake with 1 tbsp of cool whip and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Enjoy!

German Chocolate Pancakes

2 egg whites
1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk
Topping:
1 tbsp. sugar free caramel syrup
2 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tbsp. pecans

Instructions
1. Mix oat flour, Chocolate Coconut IdealLean protein, and baking powder.
2. Add egg whites, and coconut milk and stir until just combined. Using a 1/4 cup, pour batter onto hot griddle.
3. Once top of pancake is bubbly and bottom is cooked, flip and cook until both sides are done.
4. Mix caramel syrup and shredded coconut together and spread onto pancakes, and top with pecans. Enjoy!
