Chocolate Coconut Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 1.5cup - old fashioned oats
  • 0.5cup - unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 - scoops Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
  • 0.75cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 - egg whites
  • 0.25tsp - salt
  • 1tsp - vanilla extract
  • 0.25cup - dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and press down into a 9×9 baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.

  3. Let cool, cut into 9 bars, & enjoy!
