Chocolate Coconut Breakfast Bars
- 1.5cup - old fashioned oats
- 0.5cup - unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 - scoops Chocolate Coconut IdealLean Protein
- 0.75cup - unsweetened almond milk
- 4 - egg whites
- 0.25tsp - salt
- 1tsp - vanilla extract
- 0.25cup - dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all ingredients together and press down into a 9×9 baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool, cut into 9 bars, & enjoy!
