Chocolate Chip Cookie Mug Cake


  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp organic coconut sugar
  • 0.5 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 3 tbsp white whole wheat flour
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Mix oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract in mug. Add coconut sugar, protein, flour, and baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix well.

  2. Microwave for 1 minutes (will vary depending on how well done you want it or if you like it more gooey).
