Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


  • 1 cup white whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 0.75 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 3 medium bananas, mashed
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.

  2. Mix flour, protein, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt until combined. Add mashed banana, applesauce, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into prepared loaf pan.

  3. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!
