Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
Mix flour, protein, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt until combined. Add mashed banana, applesauce, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 8 squares and enjoy!
