Chewy Apple Pie Granola Bars
- 1cup - rolled oats
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 0.5cup - chopped pecans
- 0.5cup - dried apples
- 1tsp - cinnamon
- 0.25tsp - salt
- 0.25cup - coconut oil
- 0.25cup - honey
- 2tbsp - coconut sugar
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, pecans, dried apples, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until ingredients are all mixed.
In a microwavable bowl, warm together the coconut oil, honey, and coconut sugar for about 30 seconds. Once warm, stir and pour over the oat mixture.
Pour into prepared baking pan. Using a spatula or your hands, spread the mixture evenly in the pan, pressing down firmly.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 15 minutes before cutting into 8 bars.
