Chewy Apple Pie Granola Bars


  • 1cup - rolled oats
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.5cup - chopped pecans
  • 0.5cup - dried apples
  • 1tsp - cinnamon
  • 0.25tsp - salt
  • 0.25cup - coconut oil
  • 0.25cup - honey
  • 2tbsp - coconut sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, pecans, dried apples, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until ingredients are all mixed.

  3. In a microwavable bowl, warm together the coconut oil, honey, and coconut sugar for about 30 seconds. Once warm, stir and pour over the oat mixture.

  4. Pour into prepared baking pan. Using a spatula or your hands, spread the mixture evenly in the pan, pressing down firmly.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until edges begin to turn golden brown.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 15 minutes before cutting into 8 bars.
