Chai Gingersnap Shake

Ingredients

  • 0.5cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25cup - chai tea, cooled
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 1tsp - molasses
  • 3 - gingersnap cookies
  • 1tsp - vanilla extract
  • 0.25tsp - ground cinnamon
  • - Dash of ginger, nutmeg
  • - Ice

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!

  2. Optional: Top with additional crushed gingersnap cookies and sugar-free Cool Whip.
