Chai Eggnog Latte

a high-protein chai eggnog latte

Ingredients

  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 c soy eggnog (Silk brand)
  • 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein

Chai Spice

  • 3 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon.
  • 1 tsp ground cloves.
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg.
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom.
  • 1/4- 1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat together the water and eggnog over the stove in a small pot until it reaches your desired temperature. Remove the pot from the heat and quickly whisk in the protein powder and desired amount of chai spice well mixed. Enjoy!!
