Chai Apple Cider Steamer

Ingredients

  • 1.5cup - water
  • 1 - scoop Chai Tea Latte IdealLean Protein
  • 1 - packet sugar-free apple cider
  • - dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat the water in a small pot until it comes to a simmer. Remove the pot from the stove and quickly whisk in the protein, apple cider mix, and nutmeg until mixed well. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
