Cashew Almond Bran Bars


  • 0.5cup - almond butter
  • 3tbsp - honey
  • 1tsp - almond extract
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.33333333333333cup - cashews
  • 1cup - wheat bran


  1. Melt the almond butter and honey together in the microwave for about 20 seconds just to soften and whisk to combine. Stir in the extract, protein powder, and wheat bran. Fold in the cashews. Line a bread pan with parchment paper, and press dough firmly into the pan. Refrigerate until firm for at least 2 hours. Cut into 8 bars.
