Ingredients

  • 0.33 - medium banana, peeled, frozen
  • 0.5c - diced carrots, peeled
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.5c - unsweetened almond milk
  • 2tbsp. - sugar-free cheesecake pudding powder
  • 0.5tsp. - ground cinnamon
  • 0.25tsp. - ground ginger
  • 0.25tsp. - ground nutmeg
  • - liquid stevia to taste
  • - ice, desired amount

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
