Caramel Banana Nut Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 - banana, mashed
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 2tbsp - crushed macadamia nuts
  • 0.5tsp - baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until combined. Using a 1/4 cup, pour batter on a hot griddle. Once top of pancake is bubbly and bottom is golden, flip and cook until both sides are done.

  2. Top with 1 tbsp. sugar-free caramel syrup. Enjoy! Makes 4 pancakes. Serving size is 1 pancake.
