Caramel Banana Nut Protein Pancakes
- 1 - banana, mashed
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 2 - egg whites
- 2tbsp - crushed macadamia nuts
- 0.5tsp - baking powder
Mix all ingredients until combined. Using a 1/4 cup, pour batter on a hot griddle. Once top of pancake is bubbly and bottom is golden, flip and cook until both sides are done.
Top with 1 tbsp. sugar-free caramel syrup. Enjoy! Makes 4 pancakes. Serving size is 1 pancake.
