Caramel Apple Bites

Healthy caramel apple bites

Serves 13. Serving Size: 1 protein bite

Caramel Apple Bites

Ingredients

  • 1c - rolled oats, partially blended
  • 0.5c - almond butter
  • 2tbsp. - honey
  • 1 - scoop French Vanilla Ideallean Protein
  • 0.25tsp. - cinnamon
  • - dash of nutmeg
  • 2tbsp. - caramel chips
  • 1tbsp. - unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond butter and honey in a medium sized microwavable bowl and heat for about 30 seconds to soften the almond butter.

  2. Remove the bowl from the microwave and add the rest of the ingredients to the almond butter & honey. Mix well until the protein batter forms. Using a tablespoon, divide batter into 13 balls.

  3. Place the protein balls in a sealable container and refrigerate for about 1 hour until chilled. Enjoy!
