Cake Batter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 0.75cup - oat flour
  • 1 - scoop Cake Batter IdealLean Protein
  • 0.75tsp - baking powder
  • 0.25tsp - baking soda
  • 0.25tsp - salt
  • 0.5cup - unsweetened almond milk
  • 1tbsp - agave nectar
  • 0.5tsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1tsp - coconut oil, melted
  • 1 - scoop Cake Batter IdealLean Protein
  • 2tbsp - unsweetened almond milk
  • - Pancakes
  • - Frosting

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until combined. Using a 1/4 cup, pour batter on a hot griddle. Once top of pancake is bubbly and bottom is golden brown, flip and cook until both sides are done.

  2. Top with cake batter frosting or sugar-free syrup. Enjoy! Makes 6 pancakes.
