Cake Batter Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 - scoops Cake Batter IdealLean Protein
  • 0.25cup - coconut flour
  • 0.5cup - baking stevia
  • 0.5tsp - baking powder
  • 0.25tsp - salt
  • 0.25cup - almond butter
  • 0.5cup - plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 1tsp - vanilla extract
  • 2tsp - sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined.

  3. Fold in sprinkles and scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 20 cookies.
