Ingredients
- 3 scoops Cake Batter IdealLean Protein
- 0.25 cup coconut flour
- 0.5 cup baking stevia
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 cup almond butter
- 0.5 cup plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp sprinkles
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in sprinkles and scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 20 cookies.
