Cake Batter Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Cake Batter IdealLean Protein
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 0.5 cup baking stevia
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup almond butter
  • 0.5 cup plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp sprinkles

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients and mix until combined.

  3. Fold in sprinkles and scoop onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy! Makes 20 cookies.
