Butterscotch Protein Fudge

Makes 15 pieces. Serving size: 2 pieces.

Butterscotch Protein Fudge


  • 0.25cup - coconut oil
  • 0.25cup - peanut butter
  • 2 - scoops IdealLean Butterscotch Protein


  1. Line a small pan or Tupperware dish with parchment paper and set aside. Over stovetop or in microwave, melt coconut oil and peanut butter. Let cool for about a minute and stir in protein powder until combined.

  2. Pour mixture into prepared dish and refrigerate for an hour, until set. Cut into 15 pieces and enjoy!
