Blueberry Protein Power Cakes
- 1c - rolled oats
- 1 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 0.5c - cottage cheese
- 2tbsp. - unsweetened almond milk
- 2 - large egg whites
- 1tsp. - baking powder
- 0.5tsp. - cinnamon
- 0.75c - frozen blueberries
Add all the ingredients except the blueberries to a blender. Blend together on high until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Preheat a lightly greased skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, pour portions of the batter onto the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to brown. Flip and cook for another minute or two. Repeat until you have 5 pancakes.
Top pancakes with desired toppings and enjoy!
