Blueberry Protein Power Cakes

Some healthy blueberry protein pancakes

Serves 5. Serving Size= 1 pancake


  • 1 c rolled oats
  • 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.5 c cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp. cinnamon
  • 0.75 c frozen blueberries


  1. Add all the ingredients except the blueberries to a blender. Blend together on high until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.

  2. Preheat a lightly greased skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, pour portions of the batter onto the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to brown. Flip and cook for another minute or two. Repeat until you have 5 pancakes.

  3. Top pancakes with desired toppings and enjoy!
