Serves 5. Serving Size= 1 pancake
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 0.5 c cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 0.5 tsp. cinnamon
- 0.75 c frozen blueberries
Add all the ingredients except the blueberries to a blender. Blend together on high until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Preheat a lightly greased skillet on medium high heat. Once hot, pour portions of the batter onto the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges start to brown. Flip and cook for another minute or two. Repeat until you have 5 pancakes.
Top pancakes with desired toppings and enjoy!
