- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Blackberry Burst IdealLean Stim-Free Pre-Workout
- 1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 0.5 tsp almond extract
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Mix almond milk, IdealLean Blackberry Pre-Workout, IdealLean French Vanilla Protein, and almond extract until smooth.
Add chia seeds and mix.
Pour into mason jar or bowl and cover.
Refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours) and enjoy!
