1 c water
1 scoop Blackberry Burst IdealLean Stim-Free Pre-Workout
1 c all natural ginger beer
1 tbsp. lime juice

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients until pre-workout powder has fully dissolved.
2. Pour over ice and enjoy!

1 Dannon Toasted Coconut Greek Light & Fit container
1 scoop Blackberry Burst IdealLean Stim-Free Pre-Workout
1 c unsweetened coconut milk
1 c frozen pineapple

Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Pour into ice cube molds and freeze until solid.
3. Add cubes to a to go cup and cubes will melt into an on the go smoothie!

1/2 c frozen mango
1/2 c frozen strawberries
1 c pomegranate juice

Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into bowl and top with your choice of fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.

1 c unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
1/2 tsp. almond extract
3 tbsp. chia seeds

Instructions
1. Mix almond milk, IdealLean Blackberry Pre-Workout, IdealLean French Vanilla Protein, and almond extract until smooth.
2. Add chia seeds and mix.
3. Pour into mason jar or bowl and cover.
4. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours) and enjoy!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Chill time: 8 hours
