BBQ Garlic Chicken Kabobs

BBQ Garlic Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 2lb - boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1tsp. - Minced Garlic
  • 0.25c - bbq sauce
  • - salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.

  3. Mix chicken with minced garlic, bbq sauce, salt and pepper, and let marinate in fridge for at least an hour.

  4. Slide marinated chicken pieces onto 7 wooden skewers and cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

  5. Flip skewers halfway through cook time to ensure chicken is cooked thoroughly.
