Banana Colada Bread


  • 0.5cup - oat flour
  • 0.25cup - blanched almond flour
  • 1 - scoop Piña Colada IdealLean Protein
  • 0.25cup - unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1tsp - baking soda
  • - dash of salt
  • 1 - banana, mashed
  • 0.5cup - crushed pineapple, with juice
  • 1 - egg
  • 2tbsp - Honey


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with coconut oil cooking spray.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix oat flour, almond flour, protein powder, shredded coconut, baking soda, and a dash of salt. Stir until combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, mash banana. Whisk in the egg, pineapple and honey. Then add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined. Do not over mix.

  4. Pour batter into the loaf pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut it into 8 slices and have it for a snack, dessert, or even breakfast! Serving size is 1 slice.
