Banana Chia Seed Muffins


  • 0.5c - Oats
  • 0.5c - Whole Wheat flour
  • 2 - Scoops IdealLean French Vanilla Protein
  • 1tsp. - Baking Powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1tbsp. - Coconut Oil
  • 1tbsp. - Agave
  • 2 - Bananas, Mashed
  • 0.5c - Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2tbsp. - Chia Seeds


  1. Mix together all dry ingredients until combined.

  2. Add egg, coconut oil, agave, mashed bananas, and almond milk until batter is smooth.

  3. Mix in chia seeds.

  4. Pour into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
