Ingredients

  • 1cup - unsweetened applesauce
  • 0.5 - scoop French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • - dash of cinnamon & nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and whisk together until the protein powder is dissolved. Chill if you prefer cold applesauce. Enjoy!
