Apple Cinnamon Nachos

Ingredients

  • 0.25cup - non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsp - French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
  • 0.25tsp - cinnamon
  • 15 - mini apple cinnamon rice cakes (Quaker)
  • 0.25 - apple, diced

Instructions

  1. Stir together the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth. Lay out your mini rice cakes on a plate and drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture all over the rice cakes. Top with diced apples and a dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy!!
