Apple Cinnamon Nachos
- 0.25cup - non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1tbsp - French Vanilla IdealLean Protein
- 0.25tsp - cinnamon
- 15 - mini apple cinnamon rice cakes (Quaker)
- 0.25 - apple, diced
Stir together the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth. Lay out your mini rice cakes on a plate and drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture all over the rice cakes. Top with diced apples and a dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy!!
